Ursa Mica Glamping Resort

Overlooking the last virgin forests of Europe, between two mountains of legend, Ursa Mica Glamping Resort opens up the Carpathian panorama and Transylvania beauties.

The resort is located at 1250m altitude, on a 40.000 sqm private property, on the Rucar-Bran pass, in Transylvania and it is spectacular in 360 degrees beign a sustainable recognized property.

The resort offers a complete glamping experience which includes a restaurant with fresh romanian traditional food with natural ingredients from the local farmers, a bar with romanian traditional and international drinks, accomodation in fully equiped premium tents 100% cotton sustainable, modern bathrooms, a relaxing area with sauna and hot tub, private parking, acces to WiFi, activities and a staff to welcome you and offer you a warm stay.

All tents, and each one is a „room with a view” to Piatra Craiului - Carpathians mountains. Packed with all the comfort you need , 3 meters high, sitting on a wooden platform. Inside, the tents are equipped with furniture to match, comfy beds and a super nice fireplace that will rock you to sleep. The firewood is provided by us, and you will experience starting and maintaing the fire in the stoves. Every tent has beds with premium mattresses and sateen mixed with cotton bed sheets. Towels and bath robes are included.

During the day the Bucegi rises up. Opposite side, the Piatra Craiului silhouette pierces the sky. At night, among the two, it’s only the stars and us. We invite you to watch nature in a new resolution: perfectly confortable, at glamping. Ursa Mica is a preciously simple experience at the heart of nature.

The bathrooms are shared (separatelly men and women) with toilettries provided.

Here you will find an open-air restaurant where we cook with a lot of love, fixed menu - menu of the day, with as many local ingredients as possible.

Breakfast (8:30-10:30), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-21:00) in our restaurant will be served by Ursa Mica Glamping team.

Here you can do a lot of activities in Transilvanya area and National Parc Piatra Craiului from Carpathians mountains as hiking, trekking, mountain-bike, climbing, ski with our professionals instructors as well as you can relax in our hot tubs and sauna or stargazing as we are in a free light polution area.

Ursa Mica is the the ideal base for one-day trips around the Rucar-Bran pass, for visiting Transylvania beauties.

Bran Castle, the famous castle described by Bram Stoker as Dracula’s home is only at 15 minutes from Ursa Mica Glamping Resort.

The worldwide biggest brown Bear Sanctuary in Zarnesti is at 20 minutes from us. The beautiful Brasov city with Poiana Brasov resort less than one hour.
